The last few years  my father  came to visit me from Germany and stayed a good month with my family and myself. So I always try to have time whenever he is around . One visit he went with me to the Edmonds Arts Fair and really enjoyed the music and the environment. So here is a photo of us at a street dance in Bellingham .  Our time on this planet is so fleeting ….. for me it is  important to spend time with the once that belong to my life.

Holiday Arts Festival at Phinney Neighborhood Center Seattle Dec. 6 and 7. 2014

Dear Friends and Customers ,

The year 2014 comes to an end and the last big show for me is December 6 and 7. 2014 at the Phinney Neighborhood Center.

You can find my inlaid jewelry art in the Blue Room  in the Basement of the Blue Building.

Please come by and let's catch up.

Many talented artists are showing their work and the building itself is an icon of Seattle's History. 

Also at the Bellingham Market you can find me Saturday after Thanksgiving and the last 2 Saturdays before Christmas. 

The 2014 Season is coming strong

 How lucky I am to have a very good photographer in my family. My daughter took these beautiful pictures of my new work. Above you see the earrings " Bright and Beautiful " my inlay work finished with porcupine dangles. Below you see the earrings " Bubbles " a very modern piece and playful in its design.

  And here is a necklace that I call " The Exchange " and finish with different colored beads coming into the piece and going out of it.

Our realities here in  life are very different from each other but in its essence all the same. We experience coming and going, finding and loosing , connecting and disconnecting , creating and destroying  …………. and so on ….
It is like breathing in and breathing out …….  I hope to catch that movement within my work and it is also my hope ,that with this I underline our trust in this trail we all are walking on this most beautiful planet.

Life is indeed good …. even if it hurts sometimes .

Hello everybody …I found my way back to Cyberspace . Season 2014

Dear Customers and Friends,
Hopefully this finds you well and you have many good sunny days with sparkling ideas.
It has been a long while since my last post because of me having difficulties with blogspot. Now I had to start a " new blog " and am BACK :) :)  This winter I did not travel and had a good time creating and producing new designs. A kind of hibernation  with reflection and introspection.  Also did I like to go out snowshoeing on  Mt. Baker nearby for brilliant sight seeing. We truly live in a most beautiful place and it is so grounding for me to get out and connect with it.

 Some planing for the new selling year has started and I find myself slowing down a lot and visiting less and less art shows. After being in the Arts and Crafts business for 27 years it is truly time to take it easier.  So !!!!
 BELLINGHAM will be the place where you can find me most this year. At the Farmers Market on Saturdays 10 am till 3pm  form April till December ( in the building ) .The  UNIVERSITY DISTRICT FAIR is held May 17 and 18  and is a keeper . I will show there . Also do I hope to be part of the EDMONDS ARTS FAIR  June 13,14,15. In July, 19 & 20 you can find me on VASHON ISLAND for the Strawberry Festival  for sure.   The  ANACORTES ARTS FESTIVAL is held on August 1,2,3; ……..and maybe I will go to ISSAQUAH October 4 and 5 for the Salmon run festival.( that is not certain yet )  .
